I am studying abroad and my classes are hectic no time to cook so mostly eating snacks and I always have cravings for chocolates I have irregular period 4 month once only I am getting my periods but I couldn't follow my diet or do any exercise I have increased 4 kg in 4 months but I have to decrease 9 kg now. what can I do to decrease my cravings for junk food and decrease weight and how to get my periods regularly.

hello firm decision not to wat junk food is myst for that u don't get any medication replace snacks with fruits and juice without sugar fruits no need to cook and early morning methi over night soaked to be eaten
