Here are a few possible explanations for the situation you described: psychological factors: anxiety, stress, performance pressure, or relationship issues can all contribute to difficulties in maintaining an erection. These factors may be more prominent during sexual intercourse due to the added pressure or expectations. Physical factors: some medical conditions, such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hormonal imbalances, or neurological disorders, can affect blood flow or nerve function, making it more challenging to achieve and maintain an erection. It's also possible that differences in stimulation during intercourse compared to masturbation may affect your ability to maintain an erection. Emotional factors: your emotional state and the level of intimacy or connection with your partner can play a significant role in sexual performance. If you're feeling disconnected, uninterested, or emotionally distant during intercourse, it may impact your ability to achieve a full erection
