The volume of semen and the number of sperm can vary among individuals, and it's not uncommon for the amount of semen to decrease with subsequent ejaculations. However, if you're concerned about your sperm count, it would be best to consult with a healthcare professional or a urologist who can provide you with an accurate diagnosis. They may suggest a semen analysis, which can help assess various factors related to fertility, including sperm count, motility, and morphology. Remember, it's important to seek medical advice from a qualified professional for an accurate evaluation of your specific situation.
