itching and red erruptions may be due allergy which cause by allergen,hormonal change,any infection in body,abnormal reaction of immune system.so,shower or bathe in lukewarm water. avoid washing with soap during every bath. Pat your skin dry after a bath or shower. Apply moisturizer several times a day. Consider using a humidifier if the air inside your home is very dry.
