I am 5'8 and 55 kg in weight. I take 3 meals regularly. And also in good quantity that my stomach feels full. Even then I am not gaining weight. I look skinny and I want to gain 5-6 kgs more. Plzz suggest some tips.

Hello. Eat high carbs and calories in diet. Take full cream and milk products. Take soya products and also soya milk. Eat nuts daily because it rich in omega 3 and healthy fat. Take protein shakes daily. Protein powder is easily available in market. Take it twice a day. Take avocados, banana, cheese, white rice, potato, sweet potato, dark chocolate, peanut butter, soyabean etc. Non veg is also good. Eat eggs daily. Meat and fish two to three times a week. Take homoeopathic tonic:- alfa alfa malt (2 spoons twice a day). Take it one hr before meal. For any other help keep in touch.
