I am 31 years female. I have stenosis in my l5/s1 spine and there is a huge disc. I am suffering this pain for the last 2 yrs. Now my pain is on both the sides of my lower back and it is worst when I lie down in the bed. I cannot turn around. As well for the last few days, my knees are also giving much pain. Is it due to stenosis or I have got arthritis? please advice.
