My all reports and periods are regular. But follicle do not rupture. On 15 day follicle is 27*18 mm hcg 5000 injection was taken but follicle become cyst of 35 mm and now one more follicle in other ovary of 15 mm I am trying for last one year but not able to conceive due to non rupture of follicle what should I do.
