If you are suffering from cold and cough often, most like seems like allergy problem. It may be either allergy to climate change, cold or sour stuff, dust, pollen, strong odours etc. Simple antiallergic medications and staying away from the allergens can provide relief from the symptoms. If cough and cold are associated with fever or breathlessness then you should go to a doctor and get yourself checked. For your height, weight seems less. You have to do certain blood tests to rule out any metabolic reasons for you low weight. Once the test come clear, these things can be tried: 1. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. 2. Eat more often. 3. Drink milk. 4. Try high calorie shakes. 5. Use bigger plates. 6. Add cream to your beverage. 7. Get quality sleep. 8. Get into a exercise regime. Once you gain weight you will gain confidence and feel good about yourself.
