I have had a bad dry cough followed by phlegm that feels like it's stuck in my chest which triggers gag reflexes after coughs for about 2 weeks. Followed by which I have a feeling of chest congestion after every coughing episode. I had a runny nose for the past 4 days and I sneeze like 6-7 times in a row due to some sort of dust allergies. Pls allow me to understand what I am supposed to do in this situation and how to get rid of it as my exams are nearing and I cannot afford to affect my physical health at this time.
