You have been on great hurry to perform upt and that caused the confusion. The sad may not be visible very easily in pregnancy but if you want confirmation then repeat upt tomorrow with morning urine sample. If it is positive then you can take oral pills for abortion. Contact a doctor for details after upt confirmation. Also being sexually active calls for an elementary knowledge of safe and unsafe days in a menstrual cycle. Be informed.

If the ultrasound did not show any evidence of a sac and the subsequent upt lab test was negative, it is possible that the positive upt strip test result at the gynecologist's office was a false positive. However, to confirm whether or not you are pregnant, you should repeat the upt after a few days. If the result is still positive, you may need to do a blood test to check for pregnancy hormone levels. If you do turn out to be pregnant and want to terminate the pregnancy, you should talk to your gynecologist about your options. Depending on the laws in your country, you may be able to have a medical abortion using pills or a surgical abortion. Your gynecologist can provide you with more information about these options and help you make a decision that is right for you. It is important to seek medical attention as soon as possible if you want to terminate the pregnancy, as the options may become limited as time passes.
