Hi doc I had varicocele surgery 1.5 year back and now my testicles hang little lower so I went to my urologist who performed my surgery he examined me physically and said there's no cough impulse so its alright but on my request he referred me for scrotal ultrasound and my reports say I had left varicocele with veins at lower pole of my testicles which measures 3.00 mm on rest and 3.5 mm on valsalva maneuver and I undergone a semen analysis its perfectly alright. Did it subclinical varicocele do I need to worry.

Please note that you are having varicocele - may be the symptoms are not pronounced now. However I recommend that you to visit your doctor once/twice a year for any anomaly/complaints so as it does not interfere with your fertility issue after marriage.
