Getting sleep in day time will be mostly due to the lack of sleep in nigt hrs. Mostly now a days, generations, are using systems, gadgets, in night for many purposes&twhich will effect the sleep, though, you sleep, in night that is not qualitative, & sound so, that is effceting your day life. If this is the reason, you try to avoid using those in night time more, & try to go to bed early& maintain sleep hrs minimum 8-9 hrs/day if possible, try to get a nap of atleast 1/2 hr or 1 hrs in mid day, after lunch which will make your mind fresh to continue the day activities without dullness or drowsyness. Try to take healthy, home made diet& avoid taking junk, heavy, oily, fried, spicy food, if possible, atleast in day time. Take more water. Do proper exercises.
