I am 17 years old student I have not slept well from last two days and now I cannot concentrate on my studies.

Lack of sleep obviously will effect the other biological activities. To get proper concentration over the things/work/studies, mind should be active, which will be active mre by taking good rest. But as since 2 days only, you did not sleep well, try to maintain the proper hrs for sleep, i. E, minimum 7-8-9 hrs/night, if not possible, even in day also, after lunch, you can take nap for 1/2 -1 hr, which will refresh your mind. Try to practice pranayama, yoga, meditation, which will help to boosten the mental ability.
