Hi, I am 26 year old. I want to gain weight. Now my weight is 45 and my height is 5'6. My diet is also proper for everyday. So should I use any weight gainer is it would not be harmful for body. Suggest me to gain weight.

For gaining weight you need to consume calorie and nutrient dense foods including dried anjir soaked & boiled in milk, raisins, dates/banana/mango/chikoo milkshake, bel sharbat, peanut/til chikkis, whole egg/omlette/egg curry/ scramble, cheese, premix, malted drink. Eat every 2-3 hrs. Walk for 10-15 minutes before meals to increase appetite. Avoid drinking water with or just before meal as it curbs appetite.
