I had a c sec delivery on last Friday can you suggest me some foods for healing d stitches n can I have milk.

Yes you can have toned milk, avoid foods causing distension, chickpea, beans, cauliflower, fried foods or too much salt and sugar and spices. Take jeera, ajwain, ginger, garlic as it enhances lactation, do feed the baby, no bottles, eat more proteins like milk and curds and boiled eggs plus proteins supplements plus seasonal vegetables and fruits plus eating according to constitution. Take more proteins. Do routine work for baby only. No exertion or exercises for 8 weeks till internal stitches are healed. Outwardly it's a dry wound. You can take a bath and maintain hygiene, good luck to mother and baby.
