Agar kisi ko diabetes hai, to din me 100 g tak hi fal khana accha hai, vo bhi jab blood sugar normal pe aayi ho to. Jinko diabetes nahi hai, unko jyada fal khanes ya gulkand or honey lenese bimari nahi hoti. Lekin diabetes may ye sab lena bilkul achhc nahi hai.
