What are the daily zinc rich foods that we can eat daily and what is d best way to absorb zinc fast (oysters, crab, lobsters, pumpkin seeds-these one cannot eat daily & in d case of whole grains they contain phytates so what best can be done to absorb zinc out of d whole grains & prevent phytates from reducing absorption of zinc)
