High blood pressure can be due to various reasons like 1. If you are not compliant on medications. 2. Associated kidney disorders. 3. Heart problems 4. Associated thyroid disorders. I want to know which medicines are you currently taking? and do you smoke or drink? I am writing a few test for blood investigations. Please get them done and get back to me. Cbc, kft, tsh, lipid profile (fasting)

If there is no pathology underlying, then proper diet management can maintain your high blood pressure, like, avoid taking salts in food, take plenty of fluid diet to be hydrated, avoid taking tension and anger, do meditation for 20 min daily in morning, take 20 min walk in near by park in early morning.
