What are the effects of skipping snacks in afternoon time on our body? Can you please help?

Only if you are hungry after your lunch have the afternoon snack. If not then skip it. For many it so happens that, if they skip the snack in between meals, then they are extremely hungry for dinner. They then over eat that meal which is not good for the body. Keep a maximum gap of 4 to 5 hours between meals.
