I am 23 male and I suffered from long term uti to the point that urine wouldn't come but I use medicine and I was fine until I started peeing two ways and my semen are struggling coming out and some times I feel a little pain or burn in the urethra way so I thought it will be uti again but when I do test (urine culture and normal test) they say I don't hv uti am kind worried I would love to know wht might be the problem.
