Stop eating all refined foods and processed foods, which are sugars, maida, noodles, bread. Eat whole foods like, whole grains like, oats, jowar bajra, oats, pulse like moong, rajma etc, lots of vegetables cooked and salads, use healthy oils to cook food like ghee, cold pressed oils. Drink a lot of water and exercise well.
