I had dnc on 6 of sept 2022 and had light discharge for 9-10 days and after that got fungal infection for that derma Dr. prescribed me to apply luliconazole ointment locally but when I visited my gynecologist she gave me pills fluka 150 and vaginal suppository of clotrimazole as the infection was inside my labia majora, minora and till my vaginal opening. Now my question is I didn't take the pills just started today after 5 days but kept vaginal pills and ointment on time daily for 3 days and it relieved my problem upto 80 percent and faster 5 days in total from today morning I started getting small hives on my body and in evening I started fluka 150 as Dr. told me to take it for getting rid of the infection completely. Can these hives be stress hives or they are symptoms of candida in my blood. I am really stressed out right now what to do? 1) is it compulsory to take antihistamine or if I can control the itching its fine without pills and symptoms will subside on its own. 2) I am having allegra 120 with me can I take that with fluka 150, if its compulsory.

If there's no severe itching, it's not compulsory. But if hives increase or the itching, it's better to take it.
