Since 5 days i'm using new melaglow face cream and i'm getting itching burning and small rashes around my mouth is it harmful to skin.

No it’s a mild cream but you might be allergic to some ingredient in it. For now stop using melaglow new or avoid using it around the mouth and apply nivea cream around the mouth. Use a mild facewash like cetaphil.
