It is common for a sports player to get pai in shoulders knees back and legs. It is advisable that you take food rich in calcium and vitamins. Apply heat fermentation to reduce pain.

Dear lybrate user, shoulder pain can be due to muscular sprain, impingement syndrome, rotator cuff injury, arthitis, labral tear, ac joint arthritis, bicipital tendinitis etc. Advuse would be to consult a specialist for proper examination & treatment further than self medication or physiotherapy without consultation, as it may further worsen the condition & hamper your recovery.
