Antibiotics and painkillers are for temporary relief. Get your teeth x-rayed. You might be having decay. Depending on the extent of decay, go for rct or removal of teeth.

Dental pain n infections need definitive treatment n intervention by dentist. Medicines alone can't treat majority of dental infections. Visit your dentist at earliest n get your teeth evaluated to locate the cause of your problem n get treated accordingly. Avoid self medications. Many dental infections subside only after simultaneous intervention by dentist while your on medications.
