My periods ended on 23rd july and I had sex in the early morning of 25th july and on the night of 26th july I ate one tablet on unwanted 72. My periods are irregular, still according to the 28 days period calendar my periods should have come by 19th august but today is 24th august what should I do I did pregnancy test on 18th august whose result came negative, what could it mean? After taking the high hormonal emergency pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts. This means if got withdrawal bleeding on 30/7 your expected period will be by new counting from 30/7- but with irregular period you can not expect on certain date for sure. Pregnancy test negative on 18 th aug means no pregnancy of 2- 2.5 weeks by then, meaning intercourse done 14-20 days prior to that has not resulted in prgnancy.
