Recent i've started jogging for the first time in years. On the very first day, i've jogged about 3-4 kms after stretching. But later on that day my calf muscles started paining. I feel pain while walking so I applied some fast relief and ice pack on my muscles but the pain didn't go. I didn't go for jogging after that due to pain. It's been 3 days. Should I start jogging gradually to get rid of the pain or how long should I wait for the pain to go.

You should not wait for the pain to go... You have to continue jogging... Once your body gets use to it... the pain will subside...
