hello.... for healthy hair eat protein rich diet.. Drink lots of water.. it keeps to hydrated and decrease dryness of the skin .... Eat nuts daily because it's rich in good oils.... Eat all green leafy Vegas and fresh fruits.... Take soya food in diet..... Take all daily products...... Use mild products on hair..... Oiling is good for healthy hair.. Olive oil and coconut oil is good for you.. Do a good head message 1-2 hrs before head bath... You can use as nice Montana shampoo and jaborandi hair oil also...... all these will reduce hair fall..... For medicine you can consult me.... Have a healthy life.....
