I have lordosis. My hip and thighs fat is stubborn. And the fat deposited in hips making my body shape irregular and embarrassing. What can I do exercise is not helping in reducing hip fat.

Lordosis does cause trouble. It effects gait, difficulty in lying down on back etc. You need to do back exercises under the supervision of a trainee or physio to strengthen your back muscles, then only exercise will help you to trim down your fat. You could consult homoeopathic doctor for fat reduction too. Thank you.
