My wife is 32 years old, she is having too much thick white discharge, she has to change panty 2 times daily, but there is no itching and no smell from discharge. Also she is having back pain and leg pain all the time. Having too much weakness and dizziness also. Anytime she fainted. All these she is facing from last 2 months. Recently done cbc test, it's normal hb is 12.7. Please advise what we can do next.
