Hello Doctor, I am facing bit trouble in intercourse. Me and my husband are married for 3 years. But we never tried to penetrate actually. Now we want to try for a kid and are starting as newly weds. My gynac says hymen is still intact and has prescribed me Lox 2%. If I apply this during intercourse, will it deteriorate my chances of conceiving. Please suggest so that I can get deep Penetration without pain and also get high chances of conceiving.

Its absolutely fine if you want to use lox 2% but its not natural. Your apprehension regarding sexuality is probably due to hearsay learning about sexuality. Marital sexual relations are absolutely wonderful joy of life and to start intercourse after 3 years marriage and that too half-heartedly. Is absolutely wrong way of understanding sexuality. If you are looking for quality marital and sexual relationships with beautiful baby" a bundle of joy" in your hands then I suggest both of you to meet/talk to an expert sexologist to learn and understand the quality and beauty of sexuality. Stop believing in the hearsay experiences of people. Yes its possible. Move on, be quick.

Vagina secretes natural lubricating solution which is secreted by bartholin's gland. Sometimes because of hormonal changes in the body, that secretion goes down considerably, giving less sexual satisfaction and dry feeling. You can use vlg gel or vaginal lubricationg gel just before the intercourse. Foreplay also helps in secreting natural lubricant which will prevent pain during sex. Lox is anaesthetic ointment not designed for this purpose. It will anaesthetise your organ and his organ also and both will not feel anything.
