Hello doctors. I am an 18 years old boy, my height is 5.7, my weight is 55kg. I just a good diet to maintain my health well. Now a days I am falling sick after a month. Please tell me proper diet and what to do about junk food and sleeping time and waking time and proper routine to be fit. It's my rqst.

Daily jogging or such exercise to ensure good blood circulation which helps nutrients reaching the skin and all parts of body.
