I am 21 years old. I am 5'5" tall and have been very skinny since childhood although I have always been regular to proper balanced diet. I always take my meals in proper quantity and in regular intervals. Also, my food mostly contains good amount of protein. But still I am unable to gain weight. No matter whatever I eat or how much I eat, I still don't gain weight. What should I do to put on weight?
