My age 45yrs, height 5" 9, weight 72kg, I am type 2 diabetic since 1 year, my hba1c levels are 8.8, 6.6, 6.4, following by every 4 months, yesterday hba1c levels is 7.1, daily I do jogging, walking, diet control. Why there is increased a1c level. At present I am no medication, please. Suggest me if medication needed or can I still continue with out medication?

U should start tab metformin 500 mg daily. It is preventive as well as curative medicine. Sp if your fasting blsugar is = ormore than101mg/dl. Continue exercise minimum 30 min daily//also diet control. This will prevent future complications.
