Dr. are telling me to take b complex and release stress for ulcers as they are not going, today is 47-48th day! it reduced by using salt and water but now I have small bump at one gum and small oval shape ulcer in bottom gum, my dentist says its due to tartar, whereas my Dr. says it is normal, do not do anything, it will go away! what should I do.
