You can rinse you mouth with saline water that is luke warm water with little salt in it three to four times a day and have few leaves of tulsi with water. Try to avoid spicy things, ginger or egg whatever makes your stomach hot in this summer. Try to include curd, coconut water in your diet. Keep your mouth clean and brush twice daily with soft brush.
