My penis is almost always wet even when it's flaccid and not sexually aroused. After cleaning it, it again gets wet in 4 to 5 hours .it's very irritating. I think it's pre-cum, but I can't confirm. I have masturbated a lot but now I am trying to control. Please share some remedies and solutions to this problem. Thanks you.
