Hi - thanks for your question. For diabetic patients two things are important 1. Proper timely low calories diet 2. Activities, mild to moderate exercise to all. Some modifications can be there as per age, life styles, status of during pp, fasting of blood glucose. Over all low rice, rice products, no junk, fast, out side street foods, no spices, salt, of course no sugar. Do max walking, jogging even can do by dynamic activities. Gourd vegetables, low calorie fruits except banana, mangoes, dry fruits. No plain rice better brown rice & breads for blood circulation.
