Hi, this is sam want to know if it's okay if sleep at 5 pm wake up at 1 am and make this my habit as i'm doing the night shifts, but my shift is fixed between 2: 30 am till 2: 30 pm, I am 27 years old male, without any illness. Kindly help me to understand will it be healthy or will it create health issues? Thank you.

hi ....it is not a healthy thing to go against nathre ....for some time its ok but not a healthy practice in the long run
