I had an inflammation, throbbing sharp shock like pain sensation in the left side of my ear a 5 years ago and it caused body pains, fatigue, and most importantly a tiny fluid-filled like sac, hardened (lumpy) temporal bone back then. Although I got cured that time of the issue, the sac and hardening still exists and causing balance issues, friction & scratching sound while moving jaw, frequent ear itching and sometimes infection and I can not figure out what it is. What is the problem?

Hi lybrate-user you have a pretty long history of ear infection. You need to send me your past reports and need more details to help you better. Right now it looks like a recurrence of your infection or an involvement of vestibular system of your ear which is causing the balance issues. Message me your past reports and your symptoms. That way I will be able to help you better.
