My periods are always regular. I am 22 days late. My last menstrual period was on 16th september and I had protected intercourse on 15th october. I have been experiencing abdominal cramps and breast soreness since 21st of october, I took a beta hcg blood test on 31st oct the report was 0.46 miu/ml. Was it too early for the test?
