Hii My delivery was done with c section now I have completed 11 weeks can I do exercises. which exercises is good for me now because I want stomach tightening. And which food is good for me I need strength food. Can I eat oats rajma cornflakes.

Excercises could have been started long back, you are late in starting. Can do all exercises. Oats rajma cornflakes. Are good. High protein, low carbohydrate, balanced diet with all minerals andvitamins. May need supplements.
