I am a 13 year old girl and i've noticed since around the beginning of the year my hands always shake a lot after I carry a heavy object in one hand (mainly heavy shopping bags). I notice that my right hand shakes more because I mainly use that one but I can not stop it from shaking for about an 30 min to an hour and the ore I tense it the more it shakes. Why is this?
