Hello sir, I am 20 years old. My gums are bleeding from some days but there is no pain. They are degrading. On searching it seems to be gingivitis. It is in first stage. Sir what are the remedies for this. Please describe both clinical as well as home remedies.

Gingivitis requires you to see the dentist for regular cleaning and polishing of your teeth. Use warm salt water rinse after every meal. Brush twice and use the appropriate technique (sulcular brushing technique. Vitamin c makes wounds heal faster. It may not cure the gingivitis itself, but this supplement will help bleeding gums to resolve.
