My 9 year old son of 31 kgs got sudden fever of 102 degree after a normal motion at 3 am. I gave solo 650 mg half tablet the fever gone at 8 am, he is saying. That having lite neck pain and waist pain. During fever. What causes this condition? How can I treat him? Is there any infection.

Dear lybrate-user pl give the child following prescription .rx - feverex pills - 2 pills with luke warm water ac, we- 5 drops with luke warm water pc, nervine 5 drops with luke warm water ap, injection no 6 -2 ml intramuscularly only once. External massage by universal massage oil on the neck and waist region for atleast 10 min daily at bedtime. Continue the treatment for 5 days. Drink chlorinated water atleast 6 glasses per day. .pl message me after 5 th days.
