I m age of 29 old female and have weight of 74 kg and feel very depressed and not decrease after do many things. Max weight size is on my biceps and thighs, bottom. Pls suggest how I reduce my weight.

Both things - 1/2 an hour to 45 minutes of cardio like brisk walking, stairs climbing etc and healthy nutritive diet - are equally important to lose weight. Take high fibre diet, maximum intake of water and green tea. Don't eat anything after 7 p. M.
