Am 32 years female recently had a section 4months back Daily am having heartburn heaviness in heart. After taking pan 40 am feeling relaxed. Am suffering this from 1month taking pan 40 daily. That making me to have diarrhea in alternate days. I hv done all tests everything is perfect but fighting with acidity daily. Taking 6l of water daily yogurt and home remedy also bt no use. Feeling depressed. Due to over acidity my body is burning. please help me.
