Typhoid fever is an acute illness associated with fever caused by the Salmonella typhi bacteria. Typhoid fever is contracted by the ingestion of contaminated food or water. Have iron and vit b12 rich food. Eat healthy diet. If significant anaemia,u might need suppliments depending on the type of anaemia. Hope this helps u.
