Mild testis pain on left. I pressed it roughly while examination. Next day started paining. Ultrasound normal, gp physical examination is normal. Pain only when it's shakes while walking or anything. When I wear supporter I get relief. I done 5 days of ofloxacin 400 mg (twice daily) and paracetamol 350 mg (twice daily). Not that much relief. This is 15th day of pain. Some times little bit muscle pain in groin (groin or lower stomach I think) area also the same side when I stand up after sitting for a while.

Hello- testicular pain is differs from other body pain, so painkiller or antibiotics is not an ideal treatment. Pain can be due to injury, deficiency, infection etc. And can hamper your normal sperm production. Better to consult a ayurveda doctor for sale of your fertility instead of going for hit and trial treatment in modern science.
