I today noticed a dark spot on my shoulder while bathing. I'm not sure if it was present yesterday too or not. Should I be worried about this? Link to the image: url/a/bq8pnls it feels smooth to touch and I have no pain, maybe a little, unable to figure out. I have similar spots on my back that I cannot even properly see, two twice the size and some smaller and some remnants of pimples. All of the spots on my back are much lighter in colour. Not taking any medications and have no pre-existing/ diagnosed condition (except mild pain in my liver so planning on visiting a hematologist as soon as my exams end). Don't drink, don't smoke. Although, i, quite shamefully, had not been bathing regularly and I sweat quite a lot.
